Mutton chanp 1kgOil ½ cup
Onion 200g
White cumin 1 tsp
Garlic (chop) 1 tsp
Ginger (chop) 1 tsp
Salt (as required)
Turmeric 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper ½
Green pepper (chop) 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
White cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 250g
Yogurt ½ cup
Hot water 2 cups
Nut powder 1 tbsp
Brown onion (chop) 2 tbsp
Instructions
In a pan add oil, onion and white cumin and fry till it gets lite brown thenadd garlic and ginger and cook till it turns into lite brown. Now add mutton
chanp and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add salt, turmeric, red pepper powder,
green chili, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomato, yogurt,
coconut powder and brown onion (chopped) and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add hot
water and leave it for Dum (steam) for 20-25 minutes till it’s fully prepared.
